Manually changing a whole paragraph of text from lowercase to uppercase letters is hardly productive use of anyone's time. Mac computers include a feature that can do this automatically for you without the need to download additional software.

Type the word you want to replace in the 'Find What' text field and the word you want as a replacement in the 'Replace With' text field. To replace one occurrence of the word, click 'Replace.' Click 'Replace All' to replace every occurrence.

You can change any text to uppercase or lowercase, as well as capitalize the first letter of every word if needed. Every document has a Theme applied to it; by default, the 'Office' theme. You can apply a theme from the Page Layout tab (Figure 1).
